Barbara Thomas is a trained mediator with over
20 years of experience in the field of family law. She is certified by the Hong Kong
International Arbitration Centre as a mediator with a specialty in Family
Law. She spent 15 years as a family law
practitioner doing both adversarial litigation and mediation in San Francisco
before coming to Hong Kong, where she has been a teacher and assisted couples
to mediate their domestic disputes. She
now has a full-time mediation practice where she actively promotes couples to
resolve their family law matters in a collaborative, non-adversarial setting.
