In 2002, after 10 years of living in debt in Hong Kong, Bradley drew up an “8-year Roadmap” to be financially free by 15 August 2010!
Six months later, in 2003, the SARS epidemic decimated Hong Kong property prices. Bradley saw it as a great opportunity to start accumulating income-producing assets at far cheaper prices than ever before. By the start of 2004, he had purchased his first Hong Kong property with very little money down and started his own cash-generating business from scratch. Four years later, by 28 February 2008, he had accumulated US$4 million worth of assets, and was a US$ millionaire!
To date, he runs eight companies and owns eleven properties; five in Hong Kong, three in South Africa, two in America & one in Australia.
Bradley's current interests include advising his clients, now spread throughout the world, and some worth in excess of US$100m, how to gear up and take full advantage of the excellent investment opportunities beginning to crop up in the world's property markets. He intends to substantially increase his personal income-producing property assets over the next few years.
Bradley was selected as an American Field Service student during his high school years, spending a year studying in the USA, before graduating with a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa. Years later, he read for his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business, where he was elected Class Valedictorian.
In 1994, he entered into his first full marathon road race, despite having a paralysed left arm as a result of a motorcycle accident that he had when just 17 years old. He completed the marathon in under 6 mins/km.
Despite Bradley's financial and personal achievements, he is well aware of the fact that he still has a long way to grow and is therefore an avid reader of motivational books and attends upwards of five self-improvement courses a year. He is the author of the “Investor Greg” newsletter found at www.investorgreg.com
He is one of Hong Kong's largest private benefactors of the World Vision charity's Hong Kong office, sponsoring 100 Third World children each month.
