Joshua oversees the Commercial Real Estate Division, handling office relocations, renewals, retail leasing, industrial, and larger investments.
Prior to joining APP, Mr. Miller was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley, where he spent 8 years working in investment banking in Hong Kong and New York.
Mr. Miller obtained his BA at Dartmouth College and his MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He brings a wide range of experience in finance and transaction management.
