Technology Support Ltd was incorporated in 1994 to fulfil a need : small and growing companies needed a reliable service provider to help them keep their computer systems working. Sixteen years later the technology has advanced an incredible amount, but the need is still there.

Our staff are highly experienced in administering and trouble-shooting typical office systems: file and email servers, desktops and laptops, printers and internet connections etc etc. Our competitive advantage lies in our flexibility in dealing with a wide variety of installations and equipment, and not just sticking to a tight set of a single manufacturer's products.

The technical staff have all been with the company for between 6 and 10 years, so they have a great deal of built-in team spirit.That longevity also means that customers built a relationship with our support staff, and develop a trust for their experience and abilities.

Member Bio :

Richard came to Hong Kong in 1991 with a software development project at the Stock Exchange. After falling in love with the place he joined a local software startup, which soon evolved in to a computer support company, Technology Support Ltd.

Richard is a keen sailor and is actively involved in running the Lantau Boat Club in Discovery Bay.
